Depilatory Wax

Koster Keunen Depilatory Wax is designed to be used without fabric strips. It is a moderately fast setting depilatory wax that will adhere strongly to the hair when properly applied.

Usage

Melt down wax at 180 – 190°F. Allow to cool until 125 – 135°F and then add to holding pot. DO NOT APPLY WAX AT TEMPERATURES HIGHER THAN 135°F. Apply in the direction of the hair with a small spatula in a thin coat. Excessive amount of product will increase length of time for wax to solidify. Tap against the wax with fingertips to determine when it is ready to be removed. The wax will no longer stick to the fingertips and will feel only slightly warm when ready for removal. It will remain slightly flexible to allow removal without breaking. If there any traces of wax remaining on the skin, they can be removed with warm, soapy water.
