Procedure
- Sprinkle Acacia gum into water and mix at high speed, heating to 75-80°C until fully hydrated.
- Premix glycerin and gum, add to Phase A and disperse well; then neutralize.
- Combine phase B and heat to 80-85°C, and add to Phase A.
- Mix at high speed until emulsion is smooth. Cool while mixing to 50°C or less.
- Add Phase C, mix, and cool to RT.
Stability
Three months at room temperature, three months at 45°C.
