Kester Wax K-AE-80, a hard wax, consists of high molecular weight fatty acids with some di-esters designed for emulsion applications and a functional equivalent to Montan Acids. K-AE-80 is from naturally derived feed stock, has good thermal stability, very narrow thermal phase change when measured by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), good film forming properties, dispersant aid and good compatibility in ink systems and for cream car detailing products.
