Ingredients

  • Kostol Natural E: Natural, PEG-free nonionic o/w emulsifier. Provides a light to medium, wet break, low thickening. Can be used as a primary or secondary emulsifier. Usage level 2-8%.
  • Organic Vegan Emulsifying Wax: A blend of certified organic raw materials that produce emulsions over a wide range of concentrations acting as the primary or secondary emulsifier. Anionic emulsifier. Usage level 4-8%.

Procedure

  • Add guar to water and mix util uniform. Add remaining ingredients while heating to 80°C.
  • Combine Phase B ingredients and heat to 80 – 85°C, and add to Phase A.
  • Mix at high speed for 30 minutes; emulsion might go through an uneven phase but should become whiter and creamy.
  • Adjust pH to 6-7 if needed.
  • Cool to desired fill temperature.

Stability Information

One month at room temperature, one month at 45°C, three freeze/thaw cycles.
