The Director of Operations is responsible for ensuring the timely supply of all Koster Keunen products, in a manner that fulfills each customer’s specific expectations, while complying with all safety, quality, regulatory, and financial requirements. This position is responsible for optimizing the coordination of all planning, sourcing, and manufacturing activities required to meet business goals, and reports directly to the VP of Operations. The position requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills to drive flawless execution.

The Production Engineer is responsible for process ownership and further developing all manufacturing process requirements including batch records, procedures, and training instructions for all current and new product offerings.

This position will identify and address opportunities related to improving process, safety, efficiency, product quality, and reducing waste.

The employee is responsible for assisting with hands-on physical labor and operation of machinery and or assembly tasks and other essential manufacturing plant duties as needed. This position supports and is accountable for the Quality and Food Safety policies in place by the company.

This position is the front line of support for clients and customers, and the incumbent ensures that customers are satisfied with products, services, and features. This position supports customers by providing helpful information, answering questions, and responding to inquiries.
