Upcoming Package Change

As part of our commitment to continuous improvement, we are writing to inform you of an upcoming packaging change. Koster Keunen, Inc. is changing the package size of pastillated and granulated products from 25Kg cartons to 20Kg cartons. This change will take effect on August 3, 2026.

Existing inventory manufactured prior to August 3, 2026 will continue to be sold in its original 25Kg carton size until the existing inventory is depleted. All pastillated and granulated batches manufactured after August 3, 2026 will be packaged and sold in 20Kg cartons. The Date of Manufacture is listed on the Certificate of Analysis for reference.

The reduced carton weight aligns with OSHA ergonomic guidance on safe manual lifting limits, helping to reduce the risk of workplace injury for those handling our products.

This packaging change will have no impact on the product itself or your purchasing experience. The weight change does not represent a change to the current manufacturing processes, test methodology, chemistry, or quality of the above waxes. It will not affect full pallet weight or full pallet dimensions.
