Natural wax extracted from sunflower seeds.Very high melting point and excellent structuring capabilities, increases stick structure and stability. Structurant. Usage level 1-15%.

Rice Bran Wax

Natural wax extracted from rice bran oil.Very high melting point and structuring capabilities, increases stick structure and stability. Structurant. Usage level 1-20%.

Kester Wax K-70P

Naturally derived plasticizer. Increases melt point, stability, and compatibility in anhydrous systems. Improves feel without affecting structure. Creates jellies and squeezables. Usage level 0.5-20%.

Procedure

  • Combine Phase A ingredients, mix and melt at 85°C until uniform.
  • Add Phase B and mix well.
  • Once homogenous, pour into containers around 80-85°C .
  • Cool to room temperature.

Stability Information

Three months at 50°C, three months at room temperature, three freeze/thaw cycles.
