Procedure

  • Under low agitation, combine Phase A ingredients one by one while heating to 80-85°C.
  • Mix at 80-85°C and medium speed 30-60 minutes.
  • Combine and melt Phase B and add to Phase A increasing the mixing speed, mix until
    emulsion is uniform, then start cooling slowly at low/medium speed.
  • Final product should be smooth and creamy with a slight pearlescence and pH 5.5.

Stability Information

One month at room temperature, one month at 45°C, three freeze/thaw cycles.
