Procedure
- Add rice starch to water and mix at medium to high speed until fully dispersed.
 - Premix glycerin and xanthan gum, add to Phase A and disperse well while heating to 80-85°C.
 - Combine Phase B ingredients and heat to 80-85°C, and add to Phase A.
 - Mix at high speed until emulsion is smooth, then cool at medium speed to 50°C or less.
 - Add Phase C, mix, and cool to room temperature.
 
Stability Information
Three months at 45°C, three months at room temperature, three freeze/thaw cycles.
