Kester Wax CT is manufactured from naturally derived, non-animal, high molecular weight esters duplicating the chemical and physical properties of animal based lanolin wax. Kester Wax CT has the same chemical functionality as lanolin wax, and closely mimics the composition, creating a true substitute allowing for one-to-one substitutions in most cosmetic formulations. This wax has the added benefit that it contains no pesticide residues.

Kester Wax CT has application as a thickener, binding agent, emulsion stabilizer, hair conditioning agent and viscosity increasing agent.
