Ingredients

White Beeswax

Natural wax produced by honeybees. Multifunctional; excels at making anhydrous formulas soft and pliable, and making emulsions glossy, thick and with excellent pickup. Structurant, plasticizer, thickener.

Kester Wax K-82P

Highly compatible plasticizer that can increase stability and melt point. Offers tremendous texture options in all applications.

Procedure

  • Combine all ingredients except for last two.
  • Melt at 80–85°C and mix until uniform.
  • Remove heat, add geranium oil and sugar.
  • Mix well while continuing to cool to desired pour/fill temperature.

Stability Information

Three months at room temperature, three months at 45°C, three freeze/thaw cycles.
