Ingredients

  • Kester Wax K-62: Naturally derived wax ester of plant origin. High melt point solid wax, provides hard structure in anhydrous applications. Structurant. Usage level 1-20%.
  • Kostol Natural E: Natural, PEG-free nonionic o/w emulsifier and stabilizer. Primary or secondary emulsifier in emusions, aids in structure and plasticity in anhydrous systems. Usage level 2-8%.
  • Cocoa Butter: Natural wax extracted from Cocoa beans. Low melt point solid, provides thickening, some structure, and nourishment to skin and hair. Emollient, thickener, glossy finish. Usage level up to 100%.

Procedure

  • Combine all ingredients.
  • Melt at 80-85°C and mix until uniform.
  • Pour into containers at approximately 80°C.
  • Cool to room temperature.
