Ingredients

NF White Beeswax

Multifunctional, natural wax that increases stability, compatibility, prevents syneresis, offers many texture options. Makes anhydrous formulas soft and pliable, makes emulsions glossy, thick and with excellent pickup.

Sunflower Wax

Natural wax extracted from sunflower seeds.Very high melting point and excellent structuring capabilities, increases stick structure and stability. Structurant. Usage level 1-15%.

Kester Wax K-82P

Highly compatible plasticizer that can increase stability and melt point. Offers tremendous texture options in all applications.

Procedure

  • Combine Phase B/Color Base ingredients and mill until homogeneous.
  • Mix and melt Phase A at 80-85°C until uniform.
  • Slowly add Phase B to A with mixing, continuing until uniform.
  • Pour into containers around 80°C and cool.

Stability Information

Three months at room temperature, three months at 45°C,
three freeze/thaw cycles.
