Ingredients

Sunflower Wax

Natural wax extracted from sunflower seeds.Very high melting point and excellent structuring capabilities, increases stick structure and stability. Structurant. Usage level 1-15%.

Cera Bellina Wax

Beeswax derivative that increases compatibiltiy with polar materials. Promotes creamy textures in anhydrous systems. Co-emulsifier, stabilizer in both o/w and w/o emulsions. Usage level 1-10%.

Kester Wax K-60P

Naturally derived plasticizer. Increases melt point, stability, compatibility in anhydrous systems, thickens emulsions and provides texture. Usage level 0.5-20%.

Kostol NatureMuls

Natural, PEG-free nonionic o/w emulsifier. Provides a medium to long break, with some viscosity growth. Can be used as a primary or secondary emulsifier. Usage level 3-8%.

Procedure

  • Combine all ingredients, melt at 90-95°C and mix until uniform.
  • Pour into containers at about 85°C and cool.

Stability Information

One month at RT, one month at 45°C.
