Kester Wax K-82P is a soft ester wax that imitates the complex polyester fraction of beeswax, the same fraction that gives beeswax its unique plastic properties. As a result, this high melting point wax is pliable at room temperature. Kester Wax K-82P suppresses the crystallization of other waxes, such as castor wax. By incorporating Kester Wax K-82P in sticks, film forming, adhesion, plasticity are improved. Melt point stays high due to the high melt point of the Kester Wax K-82P.
