Ingredients

  • Sunflower Wax: Natural wax extracted from sunflower seeds.Very high melting point and excellent structuring capabilities, increases stick structure and stability. Structurant. Usage level 1-15%.
  • Orange Wax: Natural wax, upcycled from orange peels. Low melt point wax that provides a unique scent and color. Adds interest to the label and energy in the formula. Emollient. Usage level 0.5-10%.

Procedure

  • Combine all ingredients, melt at 90-95°C and mix until uniform using shear if necessary.
  • Pour into molds at about 85°C and cool.

Stability

Three months at room temperature, three months at 45°C, three freeze/thaw cycles.
